Launch of PADINI AUTHENTICS brand.

public company limited by shares and adopted the name, Padini Holdings Berhad.

Stock Exchange.
A new brand, P & Co. was launched in the second half of the year.

The PDI label, featuring basic fashion for both
males and females, was launched with the opening of its first retail store in One Utama
Shopping Centre.
The first of the Group's multi-brand shops, the Padini Shop, was opened in City Square of
Johor Baru; this shop covering some 11,000 square feet showcased merchandise carrying the
the Seed, Padini, PDI, Vincci, P&Co and Rope` labels.

Promenade, One Utama Shopping Centre, the Group's first.
Padini Dot Com Sdn Bhd was set up to provide electronic business services and solutions
for the group.
The Group's first multi-brand shop in Kuala Lumpur was opened at the Ampang Point Shopping
Centre.
